At Planet Euphoria we want to hold our customers to a special level of care! We always prioritize the needs of our team and customers alike. We hope to bring you an exceptional experience shopping small!
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. NO REFUNDS
If there is an error on my end I will be sure to correct it, ALWAYS! However I always make exceptions based on extenuating circumstances
Q. When do you restock products?
A. We restock products every few weeks!
This ensures that no product is ever out of stock for too long and keeps product flowing regularly! For updates and info about restocks be sure to checkout my IG @shopplaneteuphoria
Q. What days do you ship out orders?
A. Friday's orders are packed and Saturday they are taken to the post office. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on how overloaded I get. I am a team of ONE! :)
Special orders ship out as quickly as possible. Special orders may include vintage products, special gifts, some tech or unique items.
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. No, we currently do not. I do not accept returns. I do not accept exchanges, unless the seller permits it. This is to ensure safety for all consumers and sellers.

It is up to my own discretion to respond to direct messages or phone calls.
However, I will almost always redirect to email.

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND HAVE A SHIPPING QUESTION, CONTACT USPS!
Once your product is processed by USPS you will receive separate tracking information from their facilities!
Q. Who do you ship with?
A. USPS, soon FedEx.
Q. Why is the shipping cost high?
A. Unfortunately I do not create the shipping rates! Shipping rates are determined by USPS, in advance, and is not something I can control or change!
Q. How long is shipping?
A. Processing times, for most products, take between 1-14 business days! Unless it is specifically under the “Worth the Wait” section. Mostly everything is shipping within a few days! Almost always by fridays.
Specialty items will have their own processing times, so be sure to check item descriptions before purchasing!
**Body care products/bundles can take up to 2 weeks to process**
Delivery options are first class mail and priority shipping!
Those options are always available to customers!
Q. Do you have wholesale products?
A. we are working on that :)

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. Yes! And if you are ordering internationally, orders over $40 USD will have to contact me directly via email!
